Online Paging Now Available at America’s Friendliest Airport
America’s Friendliest Airport® now offers a new customer convenience to help make traveling easier for passengers and their families and friends: online paging. That’s right – you can now contact passengers at PHX Sky Harbor International Airport through the Internet. This means that you can page a passenger in any of the three Airport terminals from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you might have a computer.
To access the new, online paging link, visit skyharbor.com and click on Passenger Paging. There you will find a simple, one-page request form that requires key passenger information to be provided, including a message of up to 256 characters. As with on-site paging requests, the online request will be received by Airport Communications Center Staff, monitored for content and sent if appropriate. Pages will be announced verbally and displayed visually throughout the terminals.
Please note that users of this new service will not receive a confirmation notice unless there is a problem with the request. In that situation, an e-mail will be sent explaining the issue; therefore including a valid e-mail address on the request form is essential.
This is just another way that PHX Sky Harbor is America’s Friendliest Airport® by providing many customer service amenities to make traveling easier and more enjoyable.
